Welcome to PlotNexus. These Terms govern your use of our website, mobile application, and any content or services provided through them.

1. Use of Service

PlotNexus allows users to create and interact with AI-generated content. You agree not to misuse the service or violate any applicable laws.

2. Accounts

Users must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account's security and activity.

3. Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant PlotNexus a license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform. PlotNexus may remove content that violates our terms or policies.

4. Monetization and Earnings

Creators may earn revenue through unlocks and interactions. All payouts are managed through our payment provider Stripe Connect. PlotNexus does not handle funds directly and is not liable for payment processing delays or disputes. Users are responsible for applicable taxes and legal compliance.

5. Fitness Disclaimer

Fitness content and AI-generated routines on PlotNexus are not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. Use fitness experiences at your own risk.

6. AI Disclaimer

Content and media (including text and AI-generated images from services like RunwayML) may reflect biased, inaccurate, or inappropriate outputs. PlotNexus is not responsible for the opinions or actions generated by AI models and encourages user discretion.
Additionally, PlotNexus uses third-party services, including LangSmith, to log, analyze, and evaluate user interactions with AI-generated content. This data is used strictly for observability, debugging, performance tuning, and improving our AI-driven features. By using the platform, you consent to this data being processed in accordance with our privacy standards and LangSmith's policies.

7. Termination

PlotNexus may suspend or terminate your account if you violate our policies or act maliciously.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

PlotNexus is provided "as-is" with no warranty. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the platform.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
